What you'll do
Be a motivational and inspiring leader
Develop train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time 
Manage the day-to-day operations of shop - open/close, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting our guests 
Bring your passion for good food and create moments that matter to our guests.

What We're Looking
For Minimum of 2–3 years as a Restaurant Manager or an equivalent role 
Strong leadership qualities - you will be a motivational leader for the team 
Energetic hands-on attitude 
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude. 
Attention to detail and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills 
Hold a current RSA 
Has a focus on growing and developing a team of passionate people
Robust ability to work under pressure and plan ahead.
